ECSPP respects the privacy of her online visitors. ECSPP does not collect personal data, unless these are provided on a voluntary basis. By filling out and sending a form or by sending an e-mail a visitor gives ECSPP permission to store and use his or her personal data in order to use them for requested information and services and for participation in meetings and events. Personal data provided to ECSPP while visiting the site may be collected and stored. Personal data will be processed only if such processing is compatible with the purpose of collecting personal data as set out below.
1.1 What does ECSPP do with your data?
If you voluntarily provide your data in order to be kept up-to-date on certain ECSPP information and/or activities, the data you provide will be used for that purpose only.
Your data will be used:
- for our membership management, and/or
- to keep you abreast of information that is of interest and relevant to you and to offer our services in accordance with the aims of our association.
The personal data collected will not be sold or made available to third parties, except in special circumstances, such as where obliged by law. As an association we do not pursue commercial acts, therefore your personal data will not be used for this purpose.
1.2 Cookies
This website uses cookies and tracking software to monitor visitors to better understand their usage of this website. This software is provided by InnoCrafts Matomo which uses cookies to track visitor usage. The software is hosted on our servers and will not store, save or collect personal information. 1.3 Storage period
ECSPP stores the personal data it processes no longer than necessary for the purpose of the data processing or required by the Public Records Act.
ECSPP has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data against loss or unlawful processing.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) ECSPP is exempted from notifying the Data Protection Authority of data stored.
2. Your rights
