Growth of Clariant in Poland

Specialty Chemicals company Clariant has begun construction on a new facility in Konstantynów Łódźki, Poland. The CHF 11.3m ($11.5m) investment will include a production site, laboratory, warehouse and offices, and will double the production capacity of color concentrates for Clariant's Business Unit Masterbatches. The move is expected to create new job opportunities and take advantage of the promising market in Central Europe.

Clariant, a world leader in Specialty Chemicals, has broken the ground for its new investment in Konstantynów Łódźki, Poland. The new building covers an area about 6’800 square meters and will include new production site, laboratory and warehouse as well as Clariant offices. The investment, worth CHF 11.3 million, will enable Clariant to double the production capacity of color concentrates for its Business Unit Masterbatches and also to create new job opportunities.
