Clariant grows in Poland
Clariant, a world leader in Specialty Chemicals, has broken the ground for its new investment in Konstantynów Łódźki, Poland. The new building covers an area about 6’800 square meters and will include new production site, laboratory and warehouse as well as Clariant offices. The investment, worth CHF 11.3 million, will enable Clariant to double the production capacity of color concentrates for its Business Unit Masterbatches and also to create new job opportunities.
"Central Europe is a very promising market and Poland, as a large and dynamically growing country in the region is the natural place for further investments. We are deeply convinced that our engagement in building a new facility in Konstantynów will prove to be beneficial for both Clariant and Łódź region”, said Patrick Jany, CFO Clariant.
