Cepsa SA is an Ecuador-based company principally engaged in the import, export, distribution and sale of petroleum derivatives, as well as other substances used in the automotive and industrial sectors. The Company?s business is structured in three divisions: lubricants, comprising such products as gasoline, diesel and lubricants, both for fuel or diesel motors, as well as different types of automotive and industrial oils, which are marketed under the Castrol brand; tires, including the distribution of a variety of tires under the Yokohama brand, and Volkswagen vehicles. In addition, the Company has operations established in Quito, Guayaquil and Cuenca.
